LaSonya, thank you for being so kind and patient. You remained calm and composed. While I was initially irritated because I wasn't clear on Berrett's billing procedure. I contacted this company for ants and the technician that came out was informative and kind. Had to slide that in here. Dead spiders and ants is what I'm seeing now. If I need help again this company will be my go to. Thank you again LaSonya !
This company has a wonderful service. It got rid of the roach problem we had in the kitchen. When I call them between the three months service because I see any pest activity, they not only send someone soon, but they answer, how can I make your day better? They always do!!
I have had very good experiences for just about a year with this company. Treatments are effective and staff are professional, thorough and accurate. Today was excellent to schedule me for an extra treatment due to bugs that are more prevalent at this time of spring.
Robert is not only a great technician but I would also say that he has become a friend. He's very trustworthy, knowledgeable in all things bugs and rats, and really gets in the head of those pests to know just how to treat my house. I had a HUGE ant problem that invaded my house and due to Robert's many visits, they disappeared. Unfortunately their great grandchildren seem to still remember where they summered. :-) So Robert is back to evicting them so they don't make my house their summer vacation home. Love Robert!
Abdul is an efficient and very polite pest control manager. It is always a pleasure to have him visit. I have great confidence in the work he does .
Berrett has been very punctual and arrive at the scheduled time. I haven't been using their services for long, but the technician does a thorough job of spraying inside and outside our home. After only a month, we have seen our indoor pests essentially disappear.
They are always helpful and ready to assist, they work hard to solve problems and kill bugs
Christina was very personable and professional and Chris, the technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor... great interaction
