Excellent service and attitude throughout the process! Loved how I was walked around the entire process and explained to us every step. Would definitely recommend.
My telephone conversation was with their Accounting department regarding a payment issue. I found Jules (forgive if name misspelled) very pleasant and knowledgeable. It only took a few minutes for the issue to be resolved completely. Thank you.
This is a company that sends you a VERY nebulous quote/proposal. What they do not make clear is that they will bill your card even for the months they neither come nor perform any services. Then they tell you that it was what you had agreed to Next: when you want to cancel your services, they tell you there is a cancellation fee for an open ended contract Ever heard of any contract that is open ended????

****, so sorry about the miscommunication. It is clear on the paperwork that the treatment schedule is every 3 months, whereas the billing schedule is monthly. It sounds like you didn't understand that we come out once every 3 months, and that you can calll us anytime in between if you need us. I also see that we did cancel the account without a cancellation fee. I am not sure where the cancellation fee is coming from that you are saying, it isn't on our end. I don't see one on your account.
They're great. Quarterly services without me having to call them and set it up.
We like FRANK, very personable and does a great job!!!
Sebert did a wonderful job today. He treated all our fire ant mounds in the yard. He even got back out of the truck and sprayed inside after I remembered my father-in-law mentioning some insects inside recently. He did an outstanding job and is a very nice man. We are very thankful!
