Wow - ***** is AMAZING! Talk about a thorough job performed and level of professionalism. I want him to come to my property every time. I thought the last guy I had was good, but ***** is clearly one who enjoys his job, performs service to full extent and said "Don't worry, we will get rid of these bugs for you this time." Even my neighbor mentioned what a complete job he did and asked his name for future visits as well. I am so disappointed in the service performed by Berrett Pest Control Services. I had rodents in my attic in November 2022. I paid $1,136.63 to have the problem addressed. A young man came out a few times, and supposedly sealed up all possible entry points and put down a few traps. On his last visit in January, he said hed be back to remove any traps with rodents and reinspect. I never received a call back, but hadnt seen any more rodents on the camera I set up in the attic. ******* from Berrett Pest Control was amazing. He was respectful and on time. He did exactly what he said and more. He took pride in his job and it definitely shows. I highly recommend him specifically. I have used Berretts for 5 years and ******* was the most professional service provider.
