Do not request service from this company. Giving them one star is still too much. This deceptive company does not stand behind there product, personnel, or service. My experience with the company involves 2 locations, neither of which received adequate service. Matter of fact, one location did not receive anything but the initial service and then they did not return. So sorry to hear about your complaint. I looked up your account, and you have requested multiple refunds, which we have done in good faith. On this last charge, you charged back your credit card, and we have refunded your card, meaning you received a double credit. It is you who owes us from what we are seeing. If you still think you are owed money, please call us to figure it out because we are not seeing that on our end.

I have been very pleased with the service thus far. People often get mad because they see more bugs when pest control comes out. They come out because of the spray until they all die. Why cant people get that? Customer service was great!!! I love my tech. Fair price is always a plus. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Shannon at ******* Pest Control is fabulous. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He truly cares about the customers he serves. He also has nerves of steel when it comes to wasps!! I met Shannon about a year ago when he was treating my mom's house in Broomfield. He was awesome then and is awesome now. He really loves his job and it shows! I really like this company from the first person I talked with in creating two accounts to our tech. They really care about their customers and the pesticides they use are very effective! Great company!
