Don't use them At all contract does not state cancellation fee , you will see more activity of perisites after they service you , then when you complain they don't even try find a resolution , tell you just cancel service , then charge you a cancellation fee which is not even stated in contract. Terrible experience. Customer service skills don't exist with this company.

Tim did an excellent job of listening to me and responding to what I told him about the ants that we've been experiencing inside our home. He's a credit to your company.
Berrett has been a super company for us primarily due to the great service from their tech JC ********* He is very conscientious and an expert at his job. He has been with Berrett for many years and it is nice knowing that he will be the person servicing our house each time.
Great last year. When called this year, they refused to rebate the stations and they wouldn't buy them back, only sell me new ones at full price. Major ripoff. Many reputable competitors avail. **

Techs always polite and professional as well as the office staff. Have been a customer for years and pleased with the service and results.
Jake was very accommodating and made sure he got to our concern areas.
