Worse pets control company out there! They won't deliver the service they promise I hired them 6 weeks ago for my two properties that I just bought, they send this guy named Carl Lamb twice and each of the time he made excuses such as, I knock on the door and nobody answered, second time I called the owner and I left a voicemail, Liar! And at the other property after six weeks and 2 treatments they're still insects around the house! Mr Velasquez, we are sorry to hear about your complaint. Carl Lamb did go out to your place. I am not sure if you realize it, but that is how Carl gets paid. If he doesn't go to the home, he won't get paid. He is our inspector who helps find new business, and he gets paid a commission for the new business that he sells, so there isn't any reason for him to not show up.
