I met with Barrett Pest Control technician, Xavier, today to discuss my pest concerns and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly explained all the applications today and going forward. Plus, he followed my request to not spray my windows so I don't have to clean them again right away. Thank you Xavier! Good job!

For Colorado Springs Berrett bought Enviropest and got my contract from them. They never bothered to come by to renew the contract. The first I heard was when they tried to set up a service appointment. I have lost my job and told them I could no longer afford to pay them. They tried a couple times to force me to set up an appointment then, out of the blue, hit me with a cancellation fee. No notice. Lawrence, we are sorry to hear about your concern. Yes, Berrett and Enviropest are one company. The agreement you signed with Enviropest would be the same one since we are one company now. There is no need to sign a new agreement, or to renew the agreement since it is valid as is. We did send a letter, as well as an email providing the new phone number and contact information. It appears they gave you the initial service at a discount as long as you stayed on service for a year. This did not happen. We would have been happy ... read more
