Their service is great. I'm in the middle of my contract and still have roaches that seem to be getting worse so I won't give them 4 stars. Adam is very detailed and he explains everything he does from what he's using to how it works. The best thing about their service is they come out between the quarterly treatments if you see bugs coming back or not decreasing.
Mia (appointment) courteous & friendly. Cassady Thompson (tech)..this is the guy u want to take care of ur problem. Courteous, patient & professional. Humble too...a rare commodity nowadays. He explained everything clearly & concisely. What an asset to ur company!! I definitely would recommend ur company with employees like Mia & especially Cassady

I've been using ******* Pest Control for almost a year. My technician, Marissa always does a great job. The only thing I am disappointed about was the ant control. They do have something for fire ant control that lasts a year. However, I was not told about it initially and it cost an additional $125. ****** M
We started using Berrett a few weeks ago. We had hornets and wasps making nests all over the outside of our house. Shannon came out and spent time getting rid of all the nests and finding some I hadn't even seen. He came back for our checkup yesterday and found another group of hornets trying to make a nest. They are gone now too. We are very happy that we called Berrett and would recommend them to anyone with pest problems.
Cass was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what our issue was and how to treat it. He was very courteous and one of the better technicians we've had at our house. I would like to request to have Cass complete our quarterly service on an ongoing basis. Thanks **** *******
Barrett never got the initial reason they came then they charged us for bed bugs that we still have now they said they can't come back because we still owe them $105 this is not a good business practice because from the initial time they never got rid of the bugs then they found some old bugs bed bugs that they never got rid of I have paid them over $1,200 and this is not a good practice for No One do not use berrett
Very happy with the service. Technican was very courtesies.did a very good job.
