For Colorado Springs Berrett bought Enviropest and got my contract from them. They never bothered to come by to renew the contract. The first I heard was when they tried to set up a service appointment. I have lost my job and told them I could no longer afford to pay them. They tried a couple times to force me to set up an appointment then, out of the blue, hit me with a cancellation fee. No notice. Lawrence, we are sorry to hear about your concern. Yes, Berrett and Enviropest are one company. The agreement you signed with Enviropest would be the same one since we are one company now. There is no need to sign a new agreement, or to renew the agreement since it is valid as is. We did send a letter, as well as an email providing the new phone number and contact information.
