Tim is one of your best technicians. He did everything very thoroughly and was very respectful around my property and to me. He did extra work on the bait stations which I really appreciate as my location is known for rats. He also left me more rat traps for my future use. Tim is certainly an asset to your company and sets a great example for others to follow.

Angel did an exemplary job and he loved my dogs!! He was professional in every way. The price for the service was right. I will definitely use Berrett again and recommend them to my friends!
So far all my concerns and issues with spiders, silverfish have been resolved. In 3/1/19 I called to have them put snap traps for mice/rats. I found one mouse on a sticky trap that had been placed the prior service. So far my experience has been exceptional when I call in to reservoir or something new like the mouse. My technician Matt is very respectful and professional.
Kevin was extremely helpful & answered all our questions. Excellent customer service!
