When I called to inquire about the contract that was supposed to be sent to my email, Lisa was quick to answer my questions! She also displayed to be professional and courteous! Alan came earlier to give us an estimate and I enjoyed having him go through this with us! I look forward to working with him. So far, so good!

Jordan (in Houston, TX) was the service technician who got rid of the bugs for me. He is extremely professional and answered all the questions I had (and I had several). He went above and beyond to exterminate the bedbugs we had picked up at a motel - the name of which I will not reveal - and I would recommend him and Berrett Pest Control for any extermination needs someone may have.
