Jordan (in Houston, TX) was the service technician who got rid of the bugs for me. He is extremely professional and answered all the questions I had (and I had several). He went above and beyond to exterminate the bedbugs we had picked up at a motel - the name of which I will not reveal - and I would recommend him and Berrett Pest Control for any extermination needs someone may have.
