Very polite and professional technician. My wife was very comfortable with him in the house. Very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns.
Doc did an excellent job treating my home. My exterior video camera caught him on video and I could tell he just didn't fly through the job when nobody was home. Really appreciate Berrett sending out Doc to my home. I hope he continues to service my home in the future. Maybe next time he will give me a wave to my backdoor camera :)

Berrett is a great company! I have been using them for almost 20yrs and they have only gotten better during that time. Adam is our preferred technician but our experience has been that they are all great! Their customer service Representatives on the phone are also wonderful and are very pleasant when you need to reschedule appointments. I love the fact that if you have an issue in between your scheduled service dates, they will come out and handle it at no charge to you!
