Does his job, explains the chems he has used on this application, asks if we has questions or problems that he can take care of while he is on site. Tim has been the technician for over a year and always remembers exactly what to check for (wasps) and where they tend to build nests. He's friendly, courteous and always explains what he's done and anything that he found in the course of the treatment. I really appreciate his commitment and excellent customer service.
