Upon arrival to our home Marissa was so nice and professional. She explained the process, went over all that my service entailed, and she did not rush and answered all my questions. In addition, Marissa took into consideration that we have dogs and was very accommodating. Over all I have to say that this visit had to have been some of the best customer service we have received from any service provider in a long while.
******* Pest Control is a great company. Technicians are knowledgable, caring , and patient. The ability to call whenever there is a bug seen outside of your scheduled service date is great.They even take time to talk to you about other issues noticed outside the home regarding how snakes get into the home, and other ANNOYING creatures like possums.
I have quarterly service with ******* Pest Control. Mr. ****** treated the interior and exterior of my home. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He was professional and thorough.
Dale did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. He is very pleasant and a hard worker and an asset to Barrett. We would highly recommend Dale. Now we just have to let the spray and dust do its job.
The technician, Mr. **** ******** arrived punctually. He presented himself professionally and performed the work efficiently and thoroughly. I would certainly look forward to him servicing our property in the future.
Shannon went above and beyond while he serviced my home. The things I was most concerned about, he went the extra mile to help! I was impressed when I thought he was all done, and then I noticed Shannon cleaning up the spider webs and taking down the mess of bugs up against my front door and porch area of my house! He did an exceptional job and was also personable, timely and friendly in the process! Would use ******* Pest again for sure!
I have had the same exterminating professional (*******) twice and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. All of this, at a great price. Love this company and look forward to keeping them in our future.
Love the tech, love this company!! I called for a follow up appointment in which the company wasn't obligated to perform. They chose to follow up without additional compensation. I love to work with companies that put customer service ( and customers) first and profits second!!
I truly appreciate the great job that ****** did treating my home today. I am very satisfied with the service that he did.
