We had some carpenter ants eating away at the beams in our ceiling. ******* Pest Control told us over the phone that they suspected they were carpenter ants (we were worried that they were termites) and then they came out and confirmed and treated them right away. We haven't seen another carpenter ant since then. We also signed up for their quarterly treatment program where they come out and treat the outside of our house every quarter and address any other issues if we have them. First experience was AWESOME three other services either never showed or called from the wrong address.. ******* was on time and took care of my issue, results were noticed IMMEDIATELY..
