Matthew does a great job and explains what he is doing and what to expect.
First experience was AWESOME three other services either never showed or called from the wrong address.. ******* was on time and took care of my issue, results were noticed IMMEDIATELY.. My service contract is GREAT, they usually come within a day or two after the call as scheduling permits, they work with me on my schedule and NEVER give me grief.. the Technicians are GREAT, My regular technician is Jason, he is an absolute Godsend.. Very detailed service. Excellent customer service and punctual. Above my expectations.
Jordon did a great job. He did out pretreat for the beginning of our quarterly service. He was early and I wasn't home yet so he stopped to do another call to give me time to get home, which was very helpful. He was professional and friendly. Jordon was in and out with no issues and explained everything he did very well. All in all a great experience!
Adam was prompt and efficient in treating our home. He carefully explained what he was going to do and how. Upon arrival, we set right to work and was finished in mere minutes. He also demonstrated a good sense of humor. I would say this was a very pleasant experience.
Darren ******* was my Technician. Darren was very professional. Darren was extremely informative. Most of all Darren had wonderful personality.
Berrett Pest Control Services has a Very Big Five Star Review from me ! Their technician, Mike, was outstanding ! He quietly told me what bugs like and do not like and why they go to certain places in the house. Mike was very professional and hedid an excellent job. He will be welcome in my home again.
