Very positive. I live on a creek and have a lot of pests around and they are always willing to come out between services as many time as I request to help keep things under control. Very pleasant and hard working.

We had some carpenter ants eating away at the beams in our ceiling. ******* Pest Control told us over the phone that they suspected they were carpenter ants (we were worried that they were termites) and then they came out and confirmed and treated them right away. We haven't seen another carpenter ant since then. We also signed up for their quarterly treatment program where they come out and treat the outside of our house every quarter and address any other issues if we have them.
