Trey and the person before him have always been informative, quick, thorough through the 2 years I've had Berrett. They come on time and really take care of whatever is my need. I give them As!!!
Technician did an excellent job. He was very professional and worked efficiently! My home is so much more comfortable since treatment because urgency was necessary. Due to ongoing construction in my home, we were being inundated with pests.
This company sent a tech out to my home to inspect some suspicious activity in the supporting wood posts of my deck. The tech carefully inspected the complete deck and sides of my home. She took time and did not rush the job. She explained what she thought was going on and answered my questions. I was very satisfied. Initially the company emailed the job date and time. When the job was completed they sent me the results.
