Gary and Mike were in my home to do some plumbing work in my kitchen. They were super friendly and professional. They provided some wonderful information about a new water heater options. I appreciated that. They took their time with me and even explained to me and showed me what they were doing. I give them 5 stars.

Cody did an excellent job of installing the water softener and did the necessary tests to make sure we had no more hard water. We developed a small leak after the install and he came over after 5 pm to take care of the issue.

It is with mixed emotions that I write this review.. Dwayne did a nice job installing our kitchen faucet. To my shock, however, was the bill. I called the company last evening and spoke with a woman who lined up the job. I asked her whether the payment was by the hour or the job. I asked how much it cost to put in the kitchen faucet. She told me it was a $68.50 service fee. I told her great and Dwayne came out today. I was told the bill was $330.10. Apparently, there is an additional charge of $240.00 to install the faucet. ... read more

Bill was very personable and respectful. He also demonstrated that he knew his job well as he took apart our old water softener and installed a new one. My husband was able to ask questions and learn about what was happening and how things were done. Bill was also able to explain the way Ben Franklin works, with their trucks as rolling supply bins, etc. We've been a Ben member for several years and have always had excellent service when we need plumbing help. We highly recommend Ben Franklin.

Excellent response time. Cody was extremely friendly and professional. He explained my options clearly and in terms that I understood. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and with a high level of quality. Great Job Cody and THANK YOU!!

I had a new hot water heater installed in my mobile home. I couldn't have asked for a better company or person to put it in. John S. was amazing and very professional. It was no easy task to remove the old one, much less install the new one. But he did it and even cleaned up after himself and helped me put things back where they were, plus explained the operation of the new heater. My mind is at ease now. Thank you Ben Franklin Plumbing and especially John S.
