The people on the phone were great. I was told of the service call charge - very fair & standard. Lijah & his trainee (sorry I forgot his name) were prompt, polite & did a great job. My only problem is with the price - obviously set by the company. I was informed of the price before work was completed, but it seems very high compared to the service we have used previously. This is the first time I have used this company & don't think I will call again, simply because of price. The people were outstanding.
We called the company late Friday afternoon after a home project turned into a nightmare when the copper drain pipe in the wall sprung a leak when all was finished, or so we thought. It turned out the pipe was corroded a good foot in length (once Mike was into the wall on Monday to really see what was up) and the jostling of the work done by us caused a major leak. Glenn arrived on time. Did all work and cleaned up .happy with the job.
Cody showed us our options for a new water heater. He installed it in good time even though there was a lot of re-routing the plumbing to get this done. We also had a water conditioning system installed which is giving us much softer and cleaner water throughout the house.
They do not honor any "additional" warranties and weasel their way out of everything. They even tried to charge us $300 each to "refurbish" our toilets when they came to annually inspect our water heater. Will NEVER use them or for that matter refer anyone to them. If your in the CR/Marion area, call Hanna Plumbing, much more cost effective and they actually know how to do plumbing work.
The Plumber was right on time and was very friendly. He fixed the problems and explained to me what was wrong. I was very happy with the service.
Andrew was very helpful and answered all of our questions on our tankless hot water heater. Thanks again for your help and professionalism.
Very professional, told us what the problem was gave us our options and got the job done.
Dewayne K and Mike were professional, polite and educated on all things plumbing. They were patience and explained the problem in a way I could understand. They treated me like I was part of their family. Very happy and will use them again....if needed!
