I had an emergency situation with my old water heater on a Sunday evening....called B. Franklin and had a technician here within the hour. He set up a time for the water heater replacement at that time. The 2 plumbers who installed the new tankless heater were professional, knowledgeable and very willing to explain what they were doing and to answer my questions. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything before they left. I will use BF again!!
Had an appointment this morning at 9 my husband called a few times to find out when they would be here. I called at noon to let them know I am not interested in using their service anymore. Never again. Punctual, what a joke!!
A $73 fee just to come out and tell me it would cost $1600 to fix a leaking pipe cause its "difficult access". How hard can it be to crawl under a mobile home?

If anyone has any recommendations for a plumber please let me know! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to our home a total of 3 times now... after paying well over $200 the first time to have this issue fixed... they tried to charge me an additional $450 today to fix it. I called the manager to state my concerns with this as it has not been fixed yet.... from the first time I called! They had told me the technician was pulling noodles out of my drain.... Lijah came on Tuesday to check out my water heater and restart it. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. On Friday Gary came at the agreed upon time and installed it quickly and efficiently. Since it was still under warranty I had to pay nothing. I am deeply appreciative of the work they do in such cold weather.
