Lance came to look at everything and he did awesome!! I recommend Franklin's service to anyone. He was curious and took the time to look at all our problems and get everything up and running for the long term not just a fix now. I can't say enough about how great he was for us and our family. I will always use benjamin Franklin's plumbing from now on!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
WATERLOO - Overcharged my parents by charging OVER $200 and only used a rubber drain bladder that hooked up to a garden hose to unclog a slow draining floor drain. Never even used a snake or anything at all to actually clean out the drain. 11-9-17
Bill was very punctual and polite! He performed his job in a very timely manner. He fixed my problem and had time to give me a free home inspection.

Thank goodness for Benjamin Franklin! Saved the finished half of my basement and all my stuff when my sump pump failed in the middle of this all-day downpour. I called desperate right at 3pm—the receptionist handled me with compassion and speed when I was freaking out. Gary called me back at 3:26pm to walk me through preliminary troubleshooting. called them for a sewer back up in my new home, 300$ to pull and reset a toilet incorrectly. I had to pull again and reset myself so it didn't leak on my floor. I was also charged 160$ to change a water valve to the toilet for a small drip, unless you're in an emergency call someone else.
Lijah just installed a new garbage disposal. He was fast and efficient. Very polite and professional. He even fixed a minor toilet problem while at my home. Am very satisfied so far. A suggestion I have is when given an owner's guide, have your techs write the model/serial numbers on guide before installed (when easier to read). Now I have to stand on my head to read these #s.
This is the 3rd time we have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Each time the teams were very professional! This time it was Andrew who came to install a gas shut off valve behind my gas stove so I could have a new one installed. Next day service and less than an hour to install. Wish I could say the same for the companies with my stove!
