Professional, prompt service, plus saved me from having to pay someone to excavate in order to shut off community water valve which is shared with others. Glenn brought the proper machine to be able to put a new valve in using freezing the pipe right indoors while they removed the old valve and installed a new one. I had phoned several Plummer companies and this is the only one I found that had the equipment to complete this. I had Cody R perform work today. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommended him.
This is the second time Glenn has come to save me. He is awesome. Polite, friendly, efficient. He knows what he is doing. I feel very comfortable that the work is done right. I’d rate his work a 15 out of 10 if I could. Cody came with him. Another very nice guy. They even cleaned up after themselves! Thank you Glenn and Cody.
Lee came out at 7:30pm and worked until 11pm to fix our problem. He was very polite, professional, and we were so happy and thankful he could come after hours. Highly recommend!
Sorry my sewer wasn't cooperating very well today. You stuck with it Lee and got 'er done. Called in other resources, while putting up with my dogs (that's just how Keekey shows her Luv) and kept me informed as to what was going on, including the sewers colonoscopy video. I'll call Ben Franklin Plumbing in the future. They focused on customer service without an attitude, which is very important to me.
They charged a trip charge of $69 for providing an estimate to replace a water heater under warranty replacement (not installed by BF) When my wife asked whether it would be reduced as part of the work done, she was told No. Besides, they were the most expensive of the 3 quotes we received. One of the branded Home stores did it for less than half their price. Lesson learned to do research upfront even if the radio ads are catchy
Mack was great today. He did not try to over sell us on what needed to be done to repair our home. He was kind and very professional. Appreciated the experience he showed.
