The young man obviously is learning the trade. The "main guy"--forgot his name--we think tried to sell us a new faucet. He finally agreed to fix the leak on site, but said it may not last long. We'll see! (hope so)
I had a pipe that was leaking so after seeing the advertisements on tv I decided to try Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the first time. They were very friendly, explaining the process, told me about some issues I'll have down the road because of the age of my home/pipes and gave me estimates. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again because they back their work and show they care about their customers. I've been with bfp for a year and coming from new construction plumbing into service plumbing, i have never found a company like this, that treated their employees like family and take so much pride in the work they do. This is a five star company and we take pride in that and our customers. everyday. every job. every plumber.
Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Cedar Rapids. Replaced our tub faucet for $600. (Pretty outrageous price) Leaked for 10 days slowly down into our dining room ceiling. They come back fix leak tear our entire ceiling. Then send someone to fix HALF of the ceiling. The other half is my responsibility? Thanks for costing me $600, damaging my home and giving another project for me or another business to do.
