Friendly, called ahead to tell me how long it would take to get to my home. Explained systematically what the process would be to try to alleviate the problem; gave me options of what service might entail; very thorough Gave suggestions of how to keep the problem from reoccurring; cleaned up after the service was completed. Gave me cards should I have any questions or needs again. Sent a picture of himself to ensure I knew who to watch for!

It took multiple service calls to get the issue taken care of and a refusal to pay for the service call bill to finally get results. When they installed my tub handle a gasket stuck in my water pipe several different people were sent out didn't even remove any parst to check for a problem just said there wasn't a problem. I even had one say that my cat was turning the water on this is to assume that he could then turn it off. I was very disappointed in their attitude.

I had to have a tech come over to service my hot water heater to keep the warranty up to date. Benjamin Franklin’s office called and left a message to remind me. When I called to schedule the appointment, the nice lady who answered was very friendly and set me up for my appointment the next day. Cody Howard showed up after calling first. He serviced my hot water heater and inspected all my plumbing. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. Plus, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
