Had a leak under my sink so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out and spent 45 minutes start to finish (including diagnosis), took out one metal pipe and replaced it with PVC. They charged me $329.03 for 45 minutes of labor and a few PVC pipes. Then sat in my driveway for the next 40 minutes on their phones until about 5:30pm. The work done was fine, but the prices for the time spent and materials is extreme. Will not be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any future needs.

I have needed a plumber a couple of times over the last couple of months. I will NEVER use any other plumbing service. Polite, personable, prompt, meticulous! What more need I say? Both Angel and Josh were super! Thank you!

Very professional work. Cleaned up all of the mess, and answered all of my questions. Also friendly. would definitely call in the future if the need arises.
