Their 100 satisfied statement is far from the truth. There statements just isn't a true statement. This cost me $2100.00 for one hour and it caused other issues that they wouldnt fix. They plugged our drain that just needed snaked and they wouldnt do it. so we had to buy a snake and do it ourselves. If they would have just helped with that we would have been happy customers but they wanted another 175.00 so We snaked it our self. On a happy note... the First Plummer was nice...
RecommendedTheir back office has some scheduling issues, but their actual work is absolutely stellar. I highly recommend them and the work they do. 😍 Cody Howard was polite and knowledgeable, and was able to explain the issues thoroughly and in a way that was understandable to a layman. Wonderful work!

“ I am very happy they offer extended warranty and service contracts. We have purchased several items with them while we were up dated our house. We have never been happier with their work. Also knowing that we are getting annual routine maintenance the employees are knowledgeable of their products and stand behind them.
