Prompt service and respectful techs. Our toilet replacement went smoothly and looks great. We had called with an emergency timeline request and from the first call to the completed work everything was stellar. We will make this our plumbing company moving forward.
Our shower knob broke late at night. We were able to get someone out to repair the next day. They were careful to make sure they got a correct replacement. They thought they would have to order parts but were able to find some and come back the same day.
Unable to turn outdoor faucet off. Water running for 18 hours
They did a great job, but I am disappointed in the cost of the bill. Quite a bit more expensive than the plumbing company I have used in the past. They were fixing the mistake of a plumber I had come out to the house a few days earlier. The bill seemed high for a service call and a minor bath spout adjustment ($224). Otherwise, the guys did a great job and were great to work with. They did a great job explaining what they were doing and why.
