had them come cause they're the only ones who come on weekends. we were told our shower valve needed replaced cause our water was too hard and corroded the valve. they said they could go through the shower we currently have nd install a new shower after or go through our hallway bathroom wall. we opted for through the shower. nothing else was mentioned. they came two days later and started the work. when they tore out the bottom portion of the shower, they said our drain pipe wasn't glued in and they would glue it in for me.... read more
