Not happy with how much you charge. In laws were charged almost $600 for a garden spigot replacement. No drywall to remove. Leak was pointed out to contractor. Would have been over $600 but they got a senior citizen discount.
RecommendedI have had some positive and some negative experiences with Ben Franklin Plumbing. A lot depends on who the plumber is; some are conscientious and others just do enough to get by. Today, Jerrell did a good job, and corrected a problem that was missed yesterday by another plumber from Ben Franklin.

Had some standing water on a floor drain. called to ask what the rates were. he quickly mumbled the prices and I had to ask him to repeat it. He told me $65 for the visit (which is fine) plus "whatever the issue is." I ask what some of those issues could be to get a better idea of the cost I was looking at and the response was "some kind of clog, I imagine." Seemed like they really didn't want to be bothered or troubled. Pass on these guys.
They were prompt and went to the job promptly. Done and gone
Called to have an outside faucet looked at lady gave an appointment time between 1:00pm-2:00pm called at 2:23pm because no one had shown up. Then the same lady proceeds to tell me that they don't give actual appointment times. Punctual does not adequately describe my experience with this company.
He knew what was the trouble and fix it. Thanks
