Bill B was an incredibly responsive technician, and had our sump pump replaced - and water/old one removed - I less than an hour! Great service...will request him next time.

If you have ever had to go without hot water for more than two days than you know how grateful you feel when yo finally get it back. For over three weeks we were dealing with water and water heater issues. Lance was very kind, honest, and up front about their services. I have to thank Lance and Duane (Dwayne) for doing a terrific professional job. Lance even chose to work (late) to complete the job because he wanted to make sure we had water before they left. True Rock Stars.
Cody was very helpful as I needed a new bathroom sink faucet. My old one was leaking. He explained everything on what was happening . I would recommend him to anyone.
Lance did our annual inspection because I am a BEN member. He is friendly and courteous, but I'm not sure all of the areas were properly assessed, and he even marked that our refrigerator water connection was Good -- we do Not have a water line connected to our refrigerator!! He shared info about a new water heater, and provided several options. While I think most of the areas were checked, I feel some shortcuts were made.
Lance and Cruize were professional and courteous. They are up front, kind and honest. We will continue to use Benjamin Franklin as they have such nice employees!
Bill is very knowledgeable and is a friendly guy willing to explain any questions at all. This was a very large time consuming job. The crew worked long hours. My sewer and water system is more than fine now. They cleaned up and left the work area better than they found it. I recommend to all!
We woke up Sat morning with water in the utility room. No idea where it came from. Called Benjamin Franklin and Bill was out within 2 hours. Searched everywhere to find source of leak discovered drain was backed up. Spent next 2 1/2 hrs clearing the drain - was successful. He was very thorough, kept us informed as to what he needed to do and the cost. Appreciated the fact he was there when he said he would be and very satisfied with end result. Highly recommend Bill and Ben Franklin. Definitely 5 star service.
