We had a broken copper drain under our shower. The only way to fix this problem required Cody to crawl into a 2 foot high crawl space. He graciously did this and made quick work of the repair. We appreciate Cody's attitude about this job. We also appreciate B F's fast rsponse to our prproblem.
Cody was out to look at an outdoor faucet that Ben Franklin had worked on last May. He fixed it without charge. He spent considerable time talking to me about a tankless water heating system for our home. He was very knowledgeable, and answered my questions. He was forthcoming with pricing info, warranty, and much info I didn't even know I needed to know, and I mean that in the best possible way!

Thought our disposal had gone out but was only clogged. He fixed it and showed us how to do it if it happens again. Very nice young man!
Lance just left my house. He checked out the leak in my tub and we thought it was a worst-case scenario. BUT...he tried one more thing (just for s*%ts and giggles) and it turns out that was actually the problem. He was nice and polite, answered all my questions and came up with a solution that didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I really appreciate the service!!
Looked to me like the water heater--only a year old--was leaking. Turns out it was the water pipe to the fridge. Problem identified and fixed within a couple of minutes. Thanks for coming out rapidly and helping us out.
cody came to my house twice to work on a toilet clog and replacement . was very clean,knowledgeable, personable and got it working. turned out to be a bigger problem than expected budt absolutely love the new toilet! cody was a pleasure to have in our home. recommend cody next time you call ben franklin!!!
We need a plumber who can do a very clean and efficient job to help us replace our water faucet. Bill came to our house and did the excellent job. He exceeds our expectation. We enjoy his work and will recommend him to our friends who need a plumber next time.
