We were buying a second home in another state and Jaimy and his team helped us through the process of finding a home and getting it closed even though we are almost 2000 miles away. He and his team were there to answer all of our questions about the local market and were able to guide us to the right house as the right price.

Fantastic team. We were first time buyers and they walked us through the whole process and were very honest and helpful. Our agent even took a look at a couple of houses and then told us he wouldn't recommend a buy. Talk about honest sales! We were also not local (moving up to Portland from Los Angeles) and they organized all of the many document signatures remotely, so we had no problems closing on our dream home even though we were out of state! Jaimy is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the area we were looking to buy. After a bit of miscommunication at the beginning of our home buying journey Jaimy and I got on the same page and the entire process went very smooth. We were so impressed with Jaimy & Sherine and their team. We would have never listed our house at what he suggested and in turn got about $20K over what we thought we could ever get. Sherine was great with staging our home. Had a bunch a great little tricks that really helped. Overall, very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend them!
