Jaimy was a decent realtor, but we probably wouldn't use him again. He's a nice guy, and he seems to be a good realtor, but we felt maybe he had too much on his plate to really give us individual time/attention/etc. He took phone calls while in a house with us, several times he didn't respond to emails without additional prompting from us, and he occasionally took a few days longer than promised to follow through with something he said he would do. Jaimy and Sherine were great to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very patient and informative. My wife and I have only purchased one other home so our knowledge of home buying has some gaps. Jaimy and Sherine were happy to fill in those gaps for us. We first showed the house to and consulted with Jaimy & Sherine Beltran in Sept. Had a lot of help with necessary repairs from Chris and his crew, and the house went on the market October 6. We had an acceptable offer in November, and picked up our check at the title company on January 7th! Thanks for a great outcome and experience Beltran Real Estate Brokers!
