Honestly buying a house is stressful. This is our third purchase and I have to tell you Ethan made everything go so smoothly that my wife and myself didn't stress at all this time. Wish I used him on my other houses. Definitely will be my agent for all future purchases.

Betsy Shand was totally awesome. Helped us transition out of one offer when appraisal was way out of line, and rapidly into another property that same weekend, with only one evening to do all the paperwork, including coming to ur house to get documents signed at 10:30 that night before we had to take off for vacation at 5:00 AM the next morning.
