We were so happy that we chose Jaimy to sell our home for us. He was very professional but also extremely personable. He understands the stresses of moving and was always reassuring and calming. We felt he always looked out for our best interests. He did a great job for us and I would highly recommend him.

Jaimy and the Beltran team were great to work with. They provided excellent advice backed by extensive and current knowledge of Wilsonville property values that resulted in a good listing, immediate activity and prompt sale of our home. Communication during the process was exceptional and always very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Jaime is a fantastic agent. He is an extremely knowledgeable and patient agent and helped us navigate the real estate market with our best interests in mind. We highly recommend using Mike for your real estate needs! Whether buying or selling, he was wonderful. We have used him on 4 different homes and have sent numerous friends to him as well. No matter how busy he is, he always makes you feel like you are his number one priority!

I will always go to Jaimy and Sherine Beltran when the need arrises to buy real estate. They have always done right by me. I am sure that they would do the same again. They helped me transfer owenership from Eugene to Wilsonville and the properties there have continually gone up, as well as the rents.

I met Ethan when my wife and I were house shopping on our own. He was at a house we were looking at. I decided to reach out to him based on that brief initial connect we had with him because he came across as someone who knew the industry and had a good demenure. And I can say I have been nothing but impressed with him since then. He has helped us navigate our market, and has been a phenomenal resource to us. With his help, we have picked out our dream house!

The Beltrans have been friends and business associates of mine for over 10 yrs. Jaimey represented us when we purchased our home and he is a great negotiator who is extremely knowledable and an expert in his field. I would recommend the Beltrans to any customer who is interested in purchasing or selling resl estate.

Ryan worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. He was very flexible to my work schedule and quick to respond as he guided me through my first home buying experience. I would recommend him as a realtor.
