I met Ethan when my wife and I were house shopping on our own. He was at a house we were looking at. I decided to reach out to him based on that brief initial connect we had with him because he came across as someone who knew the industry and had a good demenure. And I can say I have been nothing but impressed with him since then. He has helped us navigate our market, and has been a phenomenal resource to us. With his help, we have picked out our dream house!

The Beltrans have been friends and business associates of mine for over 10 yrs. Professional, flexible, empathic and caring! Wonderful team! Jaimy Beltran and team handled the sale of our house in SE Portland this last year. It was a great experience. Betsy Shand showed us many homes to fit our needs and location near to work. Once she found the perfect home she worked with all the pertinent parties to ensure we got the best possible price. Mike is an excellent realtor to work with. With his assistance my wife and I purchased our first home in April 2015. Betsy is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with (continually working with). She's very knowledgeable with various properties including unique ones. Betsy goes out of her way to make the whole process comfortable. Example; I was flying in from Florida to view a home over the weekend. She picked me up from the airport.
