I would highly recommend using them. Jaimy, Sherine, Sarah, Ethan, Aurora, and Melissa were all wonderful to work with. Jaimy was honest with us about what we needed to do to sell the house, walked us through the steps it would take, and recommended a stager to assist us. Our house went on the market Friday night and Monday we had an offer. The first realtor we had (not through Beltran Properties) was a disappointment and told us she could not find us an actual house, but only a condo in our price range. There was minimal effort and care put into our search for a house and we were crestfallen. We were lucky to get a recommendation for Joshua Rose and he was amazing! How can I explain how much working with Betsy Shand selling our family home was a godsend. If I could give her 15 stars I would. My mother past away and I was left having to sell the house I grow up in. It was the only home I had ever known. Having to lose so much was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. Last year we had a condo to sell and called Beltran Properties. Jaimy (the owner), and Joshua came out and told us what we needed to do to get the place ready for market. They had the house staged and it sold within weeks! We are currently looking for a certain kind of property, although we haven't yet found it we know they will come through for us. They have been patient and diligent in working with us. We would highly recommend them to prospective buyers and sellers!

The Beltran team showed my wife and I a lot of homes....... a lot!! The more we looked the more Jaimy was able to fine tune our likes and show us more homes suiting our needs. As first time home buyers he made the transaction almost seamless, got closing cost credits, repair credits (in this crazy market) and kept in great communication with us the whole time. I was introduced to Jaimy this past fall and he immediately began working to help me find a home to purchase.
