I put in a call a couple of years ago to inquire about some properties for sale in Oregon. Betsy Shand called me back promptly and provided me with information, met me when I arrived in Oregon, showed me many properties, and when I finally settled on the one I wanted, I was not in a position to make the move. Betsy Shand worked very hard for us, the communication was good and she was very supportive when we were feeling down due to the home not selling as fast as we thought it would. She came up with solid ideas for staging, marketing and following up with potential buyer. We were very pleased.

My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better first-time-buyer experience. Ryan was great at guiding us through the tedious, and often times confusing, process of purchasing your first home. All the negotiating and "paperwork" would have been way more stressful if we didn't have the constant support from Ryan. Betsy was amazing! She found the perfect house for us and sold our current home. On top of that, she gave us a referral for a realtor in Florida and found the perfect home for our son...the day it hit the market. Betsy was patient, kind and calming through the whole process.

Having worked with different realtors in my life I've found they are not all created equal. It takes more than a real estate license to be a good realtor and Ryan is one of the best. He knows the market well and spends time truly getting to know his clients because he truly cares about them. Betsy was fantastic from beginning to end! She is extremely knowledgeable, and can adapt easily to any situation that arises. She honed in on the things were looking for in a house (and helped guide us when we didn't even know what we were looking for), and she was always prompt and fact-forward when we would meet to look at a property. We felt lucky to have her on our team, and without her we would not have found our amazing house in an amazing location!

Ryan helped me find a potential home in the SW Portland area. I have worked with several real estate agents prior to Ryan, and have never felt they were putting in adequate effort. Ryan has gone above and beyond. Through his tactful negotiating skills, and the tool and resources provided through the Beltran Properties Team, I have been well taken care of and had a great experience. Ryan is a great guy, and very knowledgeable in what he does.
