Preston Jarneski's attention to detail in finding the right investment properties for our company makes it very easy for us to find & purchase homes. I'm proud to partner with such an incredible person & the team of Beltran Properties Group that supports him. It makes our transactions effortless!
I've known the Beltrans for 10 years. Upstanding people that provide top notch service. They've also put together a great team of people so you can be sure all your needs are met.
Even though Melissa G. was unable to find something that met my exact needs, she still continued to work behind the scenes to find me something after I left. It is awesome to know that I am just not a number.

Want to say a huge thank you to both Preston & Aurora! As we are working on getting our home ready to be sold, their expertise has helped us tremendously! Also, Preston's knowledge of the market has helped us a lot in searching for our new home.
From my little bit of experience, I was blown away by everyone I worked with!! Although I wasn't quite ready for all the service they provide, they were more than willing to look into and find answers to all of my questions with great professionalism.
Tom Barber from Beltran Properties is awesome! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable during helping us first time home buyers close in on our dream home without any hassles. He always had sound advice and answers for questions that I had even though it was way outside of his job description. He followed up with us even after we closed to find out if we had any issues and co ordinated throughout the process with all the parties involved on a regular basis to get updates and questions answered. I would definitely rec... read more

WOW, what a team Jaimy & Sherine have put together! We were not the run of the mill people to just blindly pick a real estate office to sell our home & purchase a new home. I recognized Jaimy from our neighborhood and appreciated his commitment to be mindful of community relationships which is important to me. I cannot express enough about our fantastic experience both selling our home (Jaimy) & purchasing our new home (Ethan). I also have to give kudos to Melissa for answering any question any time with quick email response... read more

The Beltran team was excellent. They went above and beyond and were very patient as we navigated the process. The unique services that they offered such as a home staging consultation was very beneficial. I would highly recommend this team.

I would highly recommend Ryan Kristin as your real estate agent. His commitment to his clients and dedication to his work shows in everything that he did for us. We first met Ryan in September, and we closed on our dream home at the end of December! To give specific examples - He actually showed up to an appointment with our mortgage lender, in order to introduce himself and help answer any questions that we would have for a realtor. We decided to hire him as our agent because it became clear that he has great communication... read more
