Ryan is one of the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. When we moved here from Spokane almost 2 years ago, and immediately started looking around for a house to buy, and ended up with a Real Estate couple who were not all that great. Ryan worked with me for approximately 8 months as I weeded through a variety of potential home options. He was diligent with learning about the properties and forged good relationships with seller's agents. When my bid on a property was accepted, Ryan was thorough in the process and very responsive to my questions or time-sensitive items to ensure all went well. I used his recommended contractors such as for home inspections also found them to be very competent and responsive.
