We had a wonderful experience with Beltran Properties! Jaimy has helped us buy two homes and sell one home. He is kind, professional, personable, and happy to help in any way. We are absolutely in love with our new home!! Top notch service and we highly recommended them.
Jaimy was awesome! We had been thinking about a house and received a notice that someone else had put in an offer. We decided to make an offer as well and Jaimy and his team had an offer in for us within 2 hours! We got the house and the entire process was as smooth as could be. Definitely recommend!
Navigating the home buying market without the immeasurable knowledge and flexibility of our agent, Jaimy Beltran would have been a big flop. Instead Jaimy provided us with exactly the amount of patience and willingness to be transparent and provided his expert opinion. Now, my family is able to live comfortably exactly where we wanted and within our family’s budget. Jaimy truly loves what he does and knows the market better than any other agent I’ve worked with.
Ethan was awesome. This was our first home, so there was a LOT about the buying process we did not know, and were confused about at first. Whenever I asked Ethan questions, he always responded incredibly quickly and always either knew the answer or directed me somewhere I could get more information. Made the process go as smoothly as it possibly could have. Definitely no complaints whatsoever, and we hope to be able to work with Ethan in the future!
Ethan is probably one of the greatest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He really puts his time and energy where it matters, his buyers. I would have no problem going through him on future home purchases.
Ethan does incredible work for his clients. Trust worthy and works hard. If you need help buying or selling he will do a great job I’m sure. Very knowledgeable about the process and easy to work with.
Jaimy and his team helped us purchase a home and the process was strait forward and smooth. In a very competitive market we were able to find what we were looking for thanks to Jaime’s knowledge of the area and market conditions. We will hire them for our next home purchase/sale.
Ethan Frelly has been a huge help for me as I look into buying my first home. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He really cares about his clients. He has always been available to answer my questions. He is always keeping a lookout for a home that fits my needs.
Ethan is very thorough with his information. I haven’t Purchased a home yet. But Ethan is helping myself and my wife figure out the steps we need to take to get ourselves to our first purchase.
