My wife and I have known Jason for 6 years. When we put our condo up for sale we contacted him to list the property. During the listing process he was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Property was listed and sold within the first 36 hours. Jason is trustworthy and driven to make things happen for his clients. You will not regret working with him when selling or buying property.

I’ve known Jason for years so when it was time to buy our first home, he was an obvious choice! He went above and beyond. We never felt like we came second or that our modest price range made us less import. He always treated us with respect and was available for everything from technical answers to general encouragement and support. I recommend Jason to everyone who mentions that they are thinking about moving.

My wife and I worked with Jason to buy our first house, and look forward to working with him again in the near future as we look to buy again. Jason is a genuinely good person and a true professional. He is knowledgeable and transparent without being too pushy or rushing the process. Home buying and selling can be daunting. Not with Jason. He was by our side every step of the way, always answering our calls and responding swiftly to our emails. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jason.

We worked with Jason to purchase our first house in 2019. Jason is professional, friendly, and very hard working. He was always available for communication, and a very calming person to work with generally. Jason takes the stress out of the negotiating process for buyers and gives great advice and resources without being pushy at all. He helped us find a great loan company and inspector. Jason was a huge help to my wife and I. He helped us purchase our first home in an insane market climate. He was responsive, kind, empathetic, and really seemed to care more about us than just closing the deal. He really worked hard and went above and beyond to get us in our dream home. Even after closing our sale, he’s still be a resource for helping us navigate things as new home owners. I didn’t really understand what I paid her to do for me exactly. I mean, I wanted to buy a house and I have Google too. Did not add any type of value that make the process of home finding better. More like an apartment showing just showing me what I already can look up myself and nothing shown or insightful or helpful really. Just middle-woman.

We bought our home in Wilsonville Villebois area with Jaimy and his team. I was lucky enough to to work with a personable, knowledgeable agent, Ethan Frelly, who made the whole scary house buying situation in a totally frenetic market easy as possible.
