I didn’t really understand what I paid her to do for me exactly. I mean, I wanted to buy a house and I have Google too. Did not add any type of value that make the process of home finding better. More like an apartment showing just showing me what I already can look up myself and nothing shown or insightful or helpful really. Just middle-woman.

We bought our home in Wilsonville Villebois area with Jaimy and his team. I was lucky enough to to work with a personable, knowledgeable agent, Ethan Frelly, who made the whole scary house buying situation in a totally frenetic market easy as possible. I had 17 other bids on the house I was interested in, and Ethan’s superb expertise got me a beautiful house! Highly recommend Ethan, Beltran and their excellent agents!!

Honestly, I thought my experience was clearly with a person who hadn’t actually sold anything before, and from the above sales history I was right. Nice enough. Cordial. But I didn’t get anything but like sales pitchy “scripted” lines as responses to my concerns about homes. I think maybe this just might not be the job for her that becomes a long term career. Jaimy had my back every step of the way!!! He is incredibly responsive and proactive. Jaimy and his team did a fantastic job selling our home, while helping us find a new one at the same time. They made a stressful time much easier with their professionalism and knowledge, and had our house pending within eight days. Mike also did a great job helping us look at homes in our wheelhouse, and Jesse was fantastic helping us with all paperwork.
