With Ali Sakhi as my agent I was able to purchase my first house in an extremely competitive market. I confess, I’m a real estate hound! So when I found a new listing that was “just the right property" I needed to act quickly. I reached out to Tom to see it and we wrote the offer within the hour! Ryan was on top of everything that we asked him to do. We had some problems getting some document from the city and county and Ryan was able to get them to use in a couple of days. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommenced him and planning on calling him first for our next real estate need.
