Honestly, I thought my experience was clearly with a person who hadn’t actually sold anything before, and from the above sales history I was right. Nice enough. Cordial. But I didn’t get anything but like sales pitchy “scripted” lines as responses to my concerns about homes. I think maybe this just might not be the job for her that becomes a long term career. Didn’t seem genuine. I don’t really know what was so off putting, but fake smiling and laughing at every opportunity just seemed insincere. We went with another agent a... read more

Jaimy had my back every step of the way!!! He is incredibly responsive and proactive. He understood what was important to me and laid out all my options; basically I wanted to put in as minimal effort as possible and he informed me of what to realistically expect. He was very strategic on both my sell and my purchase; he was confident in his guidance, he took all the stress off my shoulders, he was a creative problem solver and he made sure I didn’t sell myself short. He helped devise a smart offer which got accepted so I di... read more

My mom was looking to move closer to us, and she decided to move in a white hot market, where houses are getting multiple offers well above listing price. I ran into Ethan by sheer luck, and I was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable he was, but also how amazingly customer-focused. My mom's budget was at the lower end of what the market is demanding, but Ethan blended giving us the information we needed, but in a gentle and supportive way---and from the beginning he said he works with all budgets, and never once made... read more

Jaimy and his team did a fantastic job selling our home, while helping us find a new one at the same time. They made a stressful time much easier with their professionalism and knowledge, and had our house pending within eight days. Mike also did a great job helping us look at homes in our wheelhouse, and Jesse was fantastic helping us with all paperwork.

Absolutely LOVED Shantel Yamada!!!!! Not only adorable but super nice, informative and very professional! I've already written her name in my book (in pen) to sell my house and buy another in the next couple of years. She has a good eye for quality and design. I trust her completely.

Jaimy, Sherine & the staff at Beltran Properties have been wonderful to work with in helping us buy and sell several homes, with the most recent purchase in December 2020 done out of state! Jaimy has again proven to be extremely knowledgeable regarding properties that we would be interested in, providing totally transparent services, prompt follow up to questions & concerns, along with great advice in negotiations in both buying and selling. Along with a seemingly 'never ending' willingness to go above and beyond what is exp... read more
