Greg was amazingly responsive to all my questions and very helpful in navigating the process as a first time home buyer. Jaimy helped significantly in negotiating both the sell price and seller contributions but also in negotiating repairs ahead of closing.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Beltran Properties Group during our move from Alaska to Oregon in 2023, especially Jaimy Beltran and Greg Kozina. Greg’s dedication was unwavering throughout the process. He spent countless hours showing us a wide variety of properties, listened carefully to our needs, and offered invaluable insights about the different neighborhoods within the city. Thanks to his expertise, we found a home in Beaverton that perfectly met our needs, and we couldn’t be happier... read more

A big Thank You to Jaimy and Greg from Beltran Property Group. Over the years Jamie has shown us numerous homes demonstrating both patience and the desire to help us find the perfect place to call home. Last year Jaimy and Greg helped us sell our townhome and then buy a home in our desired area. They handled both the sale and purchase with professionalism and accuracy. The experience was exceptional. We are hoping that this is our last move but if we do decide to make a change, Beltran Properties Group will be our first call... read more

Excellent service. Some unexpected hiccups came up during the sale process, but Jaimy and team were unfazed and got the job done. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jaimy and Greg were OUTSTANDING. I couldn’t have found a better realtor. Jaimy was extremely knowledgeable about the selling process and brought me along with every step of the way. They suggested a very reputable team to stage my home so it would look its best and even recommended a landscaping crew and painters! This team went all out in making my selling process a breeze. Jaimy also has fantastic negotiating skills that reassured me he was working for me. From the very beginning this team was transparent and communicative... read more

Ethan was awesome from start to finish! He never hesitated to show us a house, but also never pressured us. He gave us good information about things to look for when buying a home as well as the surrounding area. His response to our questions were always well informed and any texts or phone calls were responded too promptly. I couldn’t recommend Ethan highly enough! Not only did we find the house we love, but we found a friend!

Jason was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law. As this was my first purchased home Jason has been very helpful explaining the process as we went along. Also, any questions I had were answered immediately and professionally. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who is seeking to buy a new home.

Being a first time home buyer I was lost before it even began. When I found out Davide was now an Agent I reached out to him for some help and guidance. He was super patient and let me ask 200 questions a day and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He worked with me on what I needed and wanted, not him. He made me feel comfortable snd confident every step of the way. He wasn't in it for the sale, but actually just trying to help me make the right decision. He is honest, motivated ,genuine. I would recommend him for ... read more
