Ryan is one of the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. When we moved here from Spokane almost 2 years ago, and immediately started looking around for a house to buy, and ended up with a Real Estate couple who were not all that great. Ryan worked with me for approximately 8 months as I weeded through a variety of potential home options. He was diligent with learning about the properties and forged good relationships with seller's agents. When my bid on a property was accepted, Ryan was thorough in the process and very responsive to my questions or time-sensitive items to ensure all went well. I used his recommended contractors such as for home inspections also found them to be very competent and responsive.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were so thankful for Ryan’s expertise throughout the entire process! We searched different areas and he was so patient with us and offered great advice as we discussed what direction we wanted to go in. I especially appreciated how he advocated for us throughout the Home inspection and final walkthrough phases. He made this process smooth and seamless for us! Would highly recommend him to anyone!

If you are a first time home buyer like me, then I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. As someone who was a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of buying a new home, I can now say that Ryan made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable than I thought it would be.
