Ryan has been by far the best agent we've worked with. Our family has now used five real estate agents (we have sold two homes and purchased three). Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and goes the extra mile. Very important asset when doing something as major as purchasing a home.

Ryan listened carefully to what I was looking for, and suggested we look at a property in Oregon City. It was a bit complicated and we passed. A month, or so, passed and suddenly Ryan is on the phone urging me to look at the property, again, as things had changed. I made an offer that day. After an inspection, we were able to get the price reduced by 5%. I could not be more pleased. Ryan found the property. Ryan was very instrumental in helping me to find and buy my new home. While I was looking, he made himself available to assure I could see new listings in a timely manner. He responded to every text, email and call in a timely and professional manner. He never tried to "sell" me, instead allowing me to look and ask questions as I needed. When it was time to make an offer, Ryan made the process easy and convenient. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would certainly recommend him!

What an amazing real estate agent Ryan Kristan is. Ryan helped my family and I find our first house to purchase in 2017. When we first met Ryan we told him what we wanted in the house the price the area the amenities we wanted. Ryan then took that information and helped us find our house. Ryan also set us up to receive emails either daily or every other day of houses that were coming onto the market or on the market. This helped us to find our first home. I can't recommend Ethan was enough. He was professional and knew the market very well. Ethan was by far the best agent that I have used over the years. He had many contacts to help with anything that I needed such as mortgage broker and inspection prior to purchase. I would highly recommend Ethan if you want the best in the business.

I have had nothing but positive experience with Ethan during the home buying process. It was my wife and my first time experience and Ethan took his time to explain the different processes to us. He was very responsive (which sadly is not common) in his job when we wanted to schedule a home viewing. If I were in the market to buy or sell I would gladly hire Ethan Frelly again or recommend him to family or friends.

Scared is the best way to explain how I felt about taking on the task of finding and buying a home. The first time I spoke with Ryan, I felt a little less scared.
