The Beltran Properties team (especially Aurora and Melissa) helped me updated my house before listing and communicated with me in a timely and consistent manner. With the house selling in only 3 days and a pre-planned 10 day vacation out of the country, the whole team kept the process moving forward and helped me expertly navigate what could have been a stressful time. Jaimy and his entire office were extremely professional and friendly. They helped us find a house that would fit not only our family, but mother in law and granny too. The search was long, but Jaimy was always eager to help and bus other agents were ready upon any request to help accommodate our ever changing schedule.
