Jaimy & Sherine are an awesome team! I bought my home in Wilsonville (which was a difficult buy, long process) and they were there for me every step of the way. They have an extensive knowledge of the metro area market and will aggressively try to meet your needs. They provide a great knowledge of the market we looked at and gave us a honest information to make a decviesion, even though they would not make as much of a fee. They are more concerend about our needs as opposed to the amount of fee they may get.
During a hot market we purchased a home in Sherwood with the Beltrans help. Though they were extremely busy they were diligent in their responses when we had questions. A great price was negotiated on the home, which was a huge plus! They have great contacts and resources which we benefited from.
