Went in with my son because he had a fever. They checked his ears because he just had an ear infection, didn't check anything else, assumed he had the fever because of his ears. Said that his ears are still red. Gave him a different antibiotic that gave my son a reaction. Ended up going to his doctor to find out that his ears are fine and he has completely something different. And you are wondering why everyone is talking bad about Beeebe. Exactly thats why because they have no clue what they are doing
The physician was friendly and thorough, but the billing practices here are NOT trustworthy. I paid an urgent care copay upfront, yet Beebe later billed my insurance as a specialist visit, which actually carries a lower copay. I was never notified of the overcharge or issued a refund. On top of that, lab work was done in-house and billed as tier 2 without my consent. Had I been informed, I would have requested the labs be sent to an in-network provider or denied further care. I was seen at this location, it was a short wait, and Lexi the PA was exceptional!
We had to stop by, of all days, on Xmas day! All the folks here, from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner, and everyone else in between, was very professional, friendly and just awesome! 6 stars all around!
