The only reason why BBVA is getting 1 is for the fact the customer service department DOESNT DO THEIR JOB.. THEY LIE.. THEY ADVISE YOU, YOUR NOT ABLE TO SEE PENDING TRANSACTIONS. Terrible process for credit card application.
This bank is the worst company ever. I over nighted my check on Thursday to the bank and they stated that it would be deposited on Friday. When it wasn't I called the bank and they claim I sent it to the WRONG address so it will not be deposited until Monday. This is Easter weekend mind you and so no Easter basket for my grand sons. Monday comes and guess what??? No deposit. Thursday, April 18, 2019 BBVA Compass Bank Customer Complaint I am issuing this complaint to the BBVA Compass Bank Corporate Office. Worst bank EVER. I disputed a charge and after 90 days and several phone calls (arguments) it was finally removed. I just logged into my account and they have added it back as a charge! This charge was from October of last year! I will NEVER do business with them again. EVER.
I received an offer with this bank for 0% for 13 months. After reviewing the comments below, and BBB's B- rating, I shredded their offer. Thanks to BBB and the people who have left comments.
By far the WORST Bank I have encountered. Even their ATM's are wonky and wont allow you to withdrawal money. Customer Service Representatives are not only unprofessional and difficult to work with, they are only capable of reading scripts. They have NO troubleshooting capability. There should be a zero star rating on this website as this bank deserves it. Please stay away from this bank. I had a fraudulent charge on my statement which was investigated and found to be in my favor. The money was supposed to be put back into my account but instead they added it back to may account not once, but twice. If there was a Negative star i would give 2! This was the worst experience in banking ever!
