Healthcare is solid.wait times arent to bad however i was admitted and requested kosher meals.They gave me disgusting TV dinners and then complained my sodium levels were high. If you have any religous food needs just forget it and starve.They actually had the audacity to send some union protected employee im sure tell me the frozen heart attack in a box was fine and it was my problem. Completely unacceptable and they truly didn't care.
The staff at your cape coral location is ABSOLUTE garbage, they seriously need to unfucl themselves. 2 cancelled physicals in a row. 1st cancellation was "made by the clinic" I wasn't called, or informed in anyway until I got to the clinic. I rescheduled for a week later in the latest time slot I could due to not being to miss school time because I'm also on VA benefits for education, I asked the scheduling lady if I arrived late due to class being g far from the location if it would be a problem she said no, I arrived at th... read more
Screw this facility!! What kind of ass holes build a “fantastic new building for the mental health patients” and don’t build a damn parking lot!?!?! I drove around for half an hour in FOUR different adjacent lots looking for a spot to park and inevitably ended up parking in the old clinics lot which takes more than 10 minutes for someone with disabilities to walk!!! Not to mention there was not a single shuttle driving around. Good luck keeping patients!
My glasses broken, digging in my nose, crooked, hard to see when driving, I'm stranded in FL didn't have enough money at the time. Feb 14 This facility initially sent me all around the place, Eye Clinic & other places; Med Records gave me forms telling me to do "homework." At day's end after 5 hours I told Eye C I give up and not bother and that I would go to get a pair on the outside; at the last second the doc told me to see if he could pull up the prescription, which he did in seconds. I like my doctor's and most of the nurses but the hospital is nasty dirty. I was `just discharged which is the fourth time I've been admitted in a year. Housekeeping never once clean the room in four visits. They only clean the bed and area around the bed after a patient leaves.
