I recommend of your family member is sick take them somewhere else this place f****** sucks
I am a documented heart patient who came into the ER with chest pains radiating into my jaw. 5 and a half hours later, still no EKG and I was not hooked up to any monitors and was left lying in the hallway when there were open rooms because so many people who had waited for hours had walked out.. Instead I was told by an ER nurse five and a half hours later all the prior Drs were fired and the new ones that were brought in decided to change how they handled ER patients. No people in waiting room and was told it would be at least thirty minuets to get blood drawn. Very unprofessional!!!! In my opinion go somewhere else. This is in reference to the beach location.
I always go here. With my disease i get 100% treatment. Nursing staff is amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else. In 1 yr I've been here 6 xs but they do an amazing job dealing with my illness. I love Bay.
Got charged $381 to have my vitals taken and to be rudely told to go home because my "chest pain" was not of importance to the doc...literally waited 3 FN HOURS to have a nurse take 10 seconds to tell me that. Thank for nothing. I hope nothing but the worst for this place
I have a friend in intensive care unit right now. Apparently a nurse pulled a wire out that was connected to the brain by accident. Well now he has an infection in his blood. He's running a 104 degree temperature. I'm very concerned because he was progressing so well and now this is happening. His family is having a hard time with the nurses.
